Counselling Services Centre Charitable Trust support and empower survivors of sexual assault and abuse, who live in the Counties Manukau/South Auckland district - from the Bombay Hills to Otahuhu, including Manukau East and Maraetai, through providing a professional and culturally appropriate crisis response and counselling service within a safe, supportive and respectful environment. Better Blokes is a charity that supports men and children who have experienced sexual, physical and psychological trauma. Better Blokes have provided support in Auckland since 2007 and their services are confidential, independent and free of charge. They offer individual (One2One) support, peer support groups (PSG), and weekend workshops.

Mid North Family Support provide free confidential counselling, advocacy, youth services, education, information and resources, and community courses. The area they cover in the Mid North is from Totara North to Towai, South Hokianga and Bay of Islands, including the towns: Kerikeri, Kaikohe, Kawakawa, Moerewa, Paihia, Russell, Waitangi, Kaeo, Okaihau, Opononi/Omapare, Rawene, Ohaeawai, Oromahoe. Mid North Family Support specialise in rape and sexual abuse counselling but also offer counselling for other issues such as general life issues, relationships, grief, depression and anxiety, child play therapy, and trauma.

24-hour Emergency Response for those who have experienced Rape or Sexual Violence.
We offer listening and support 24-hours a day 7 days a week through our crisis line. Our crisis service can also include in-person support, including during forensic and therapeutic examinations. Our services are available to anyone who has experienced rape and/or sexual abuse, no matter when it happened. Our court service provides support throughout the court process. In our space are three support rooms and a resting room. Our waiting room is open to anyone dropping in or waiting for an appointment. We also have a shower available. We welcome survivors and their whānau to drop in anytime and share in our space.

Waikato
CAPS Hauraki is a specialist sexual violence crisis and counselling services for people living in the Thames-Coromandel and Hauraki Regions. The services they provide are free and include a 24 hour helpline, crisis counselling, advocacy, and support for adult survivors of sexual abuse and their whanau. Other service provided by CAPS include social work, parenting education, services for those whose lives are affected by domestic violence, attendance service, school-based healthy relationships, and sexual abuse primary prevention.

Tautoko Mai Sexual Harm Support provide free counselling and social work support to anyone who has been sexually harmed. Gisborne Rape Crisis offer a free and confidential counselling service for people who are recovering from the effects of rape, sexual abuse, incest or child rape, organised abuse, and sexual violation. This service is immediate, free and is available on a 24 hour basis. The service lasts as long as you require it and there is no assessment process. Sexual Assault Support Service Canterbury (SASSC) supports adult survivors of recent or historic rapes and/or sexual assaults. Jigsaw Central Lakes is a free service which supports those who are, or have been, affected by sexual violence/sexual abuse. Jigsaw Central Lakes cover Queenstown, Wanaka, Cromwell and Alexandra areas and surrounds and have offices in Queenstown and Alexandra.
